Debbie Haile

I spent over a decade supporting refugees and asylum seekers in Wales, helping individuals and families settle into new communities, navigate unfamiliar systems, and build confidence in English. Later, alongside my husband, I co-founded a project supporting survivors of human trafficking. The initiative ran for many years and contributed to wider international anti-trafficking and anti-slavery efforts, including influencing campaigns by major media organisations.

In my thirties, I retrained as an English teacher, going on to work at a UK university before relocating to China, where I lived and taught with my family for six years.

More recently, I retrained again—this time into Salesforce. I worked as the sole Salesforce Administrator for a London-based youth work nonprofit for two and a half years, where I was the internal implementation lead for our migration from NPSP to Nonprofit Cloud (NPC). Having guided an organisation through that complex transition, I understand both the challenges and the opportunities it presents. I’m particularly motivated to help charities navigate this process with confidence and to implement systems that genuinely turbocharge their impact.
