Salesforce Support for Nonprofits

Our service desk has been providing support and managed services since the mid-90s. Over the past 5 years, as we’ve shifted our focus to exclusively working with charities and other nonprofit organisations, we’ve customised these services to meet the specific needs of this sector and are now supporting over 50 wonderful nonprofit customers.

How We Work With Nonprofits

Each of these customers is unique, so we don’t offer a one size fits all service. Instead, we work with you to understand your specific support requirements and, where appropriate, we will look to empower you during the delivery of our Salesforce support services. It is often more beneficial to show you how something is done, rather than just making a change on your behalf.

Each customer is assigned two main support consultants and they will have excellent Salesforce and Nonprofit sector experience. This approach allows the consultants to gain knowledge of your specific Salesforce implementation and for a relationship and trust to build up over time.

Credit Packs for Nonprofits

We offer ongoing Salesforce support to nonprofit organisations in the form of Credit Packs. Support Credits allow you to raise requests on an ad-hoc basis, calling off time only as and when you need to. Monthly reports show where and when any time has been used, ensuring you have visibility and control of your credit spend.

The service has been designed to minimise the cost associated to maintaining your Salesforce implementation, while ensuring it evolves alongside your organisation, supporting you as you grow.

The credits are pre-purchased (normally in blocks of 5 days) with no fixed or recurring fees. Credits can be used for anything Salesforce related including consultancy, training, administration, data loading, integrations and more.
