I’ve seen first-hand the benefits of investing in technical solutions for charities and social enterprises. It’s a great motivator for me to be able to help other third-sector organisations on their journey to improved processes, data quality, and automation.
Experience
I joined Time Technology in 2022, after nearly 6 years working for an international membership organisation of social enterprises. Acting as the sole Salesforce Admin, I implemented new Salesforce-native processes integral to the organisation, including the creation of a custom analytics integration and managing the transition to Lightning. Outside of Salesforce, some of the many hats I wore included communications via MailChimp, managing a volunteer workforce for translation requests, and helping to organise events for a global audience.
Since joining Time Technology, my knowledge of Salesforce and non-profits has grown by a huge amount. I’ve now supported many organisations through Salesforce implementations, adding new fundraising functionality, integrating with other platforms, and completing data migrations. With the support of the team here, I also managed to achieve a few Salesforce Certifications too.
