Non-profits need a partner who truly understands them, and who also has a deep knowledge of Salesforce in order to provide the right solution. Experience
I started my journey as a Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) Developer in the year 2000 and in 2008 I found Salesforce by accident. I was sent on a course that summer, which kick started a journey taking me from a Salesforce Administrator, right through to running my own Salesforce consultancy, and ultimately right to the mothership as a Salesforce employee.
With 17 years in the Salesforce ecosystem, I’ve worked with companies of all shapes and sizes, from Pre-sales, right through to end user training and everything in between. I get the most amount of joy seeing charities and non-profits getting amazing results, providing better services, and raising more money by adopting Salesforce.

Favourite Trailhead
I love the Salesforce Organisational Alignment Module trailhead. Any organisation, no matter the size, should have something like a V2MOM. It’s a tool that gives every person, team and leader visibility of their goals and objectives, and how those feed into company strategy.
