Greg Smith

My early career started with an IBM Business Partner as a junior developer, quickly rising up to Senior Developer / Designer and then Team Lead with a Technical pre-sales role. Setting up multiple Helpdesk teams handling 1st, 2nd & 3rd line support to continually improve service to clients.

I setup my own company in 2004 which ran as a successful IT Consultancy covering support for a wide range of companies. I continued as a Director until 2016 when I decided to pursue a lifelong goal of becoming a Motorcycle Instructor. Learning how to teach 16-year-olds to ride with zero experience or road craft all the way up to pensioners coming back to biking.

My journey with Time Technology started in 2017, filling the technical void in my life and my introduction to Salesforce. I was instantly hooked on the Salesforce Ecosystem and how vast the offering had become over the years. With now 13 certifications and more in the pipeline, I thrive on the new and crave information about the platform. This knowledge is then passed down through the team and shared equally so each and every one of our clients may benefit.
