I’ve seen first-hand the benefits of investing in technical solutions for charities and social enterprises. It’s a great motivator for me to be able to help other nonprofit organisations on their journey to better processes and data quality!
Experience
I joined Time Technology in 2022, after nearly 6 years with the International Network of Street Papers, an international membership organisation of social enterprises tackling poverty and homelessness. There, I acted as the sole Salesforce Admin, implementing new Salesforce-native processes for membership renewals and translation requests, overseeing the transition to Lightning, working with web development teams to produce better analytics through integration with INSP’s member site and countless other tweaks to improve the system.
Outside of Salesforce, some of the many hats I wore included communications via MailChimp, managing a volunteer workforce for translation requests, and helping to organise events for our global street paper audience.
