My time at GE Capital taught me many things, but most importantly I learned that everything in business starts with the customer. It might sound trite, but in my experience, many technology businesses talk a good game but very few are truly able to execute in such a way that the customer really feels positive outcomes. This is what I continually strive to achieve with the team at Time Technology.
Experience
Having spent 16 years as a functional head (Technology, Quality and Marketing) in various large corporate businesses, including GE Capital, I joined Time Technology in late in 2000 as Head of Development and shortly after took over the reins as Managing Director.
For the first 17 years of my life at Time Technology, I was focused on trying to navigate the business through the diminishing IBM Lotus market place. Eventually in 2017 I made the decision to start our Salesforce journey and then shortly after that to focus that journey on the world of Non-Profits. Since then, we have doubled the size of the team and continue to grow the Salesforce business while working with some of the most committed people at our customers and at Time Technology. What a path it’s been, and I couldn’t be happier about where I’ve ended up.
Favourite Salesforce Feature
I am a massive Flow fan and can geek out over Screen flow in particular if given the chance. With some imagination you can pretty much achieve anything with it and Salesforce are bringing out cool new stuff for Screen flow the whole time. So, I would have to say Screen Flow is my favourite Salesforce feature.
